Rainier Signing Services, LLC offers convenient and reliable mobile notary services that are available 24/7.  We can come to your location whether it's at your home, your office, or  in a public place, for ALL services we provide, for an additional fee(s).  We provide FD-258 Ink Fingerprinting services, ID Photo services for employee ID's, School ID's, Visa's, and Passports, I-9 Verification Services, Field Inspection services, Wedding Officiate services, Witness services for other Notaries, Jail / Prison Notarization appointments, and Loan Signings.  In the near future we will be doing Apostille and Permit Running Services.

No, Rainier Signing Services, LLC can only notarize documents written in the English language.  This is the WA State Law and we cannot work around that.

No,  The client MUST be able to communicate with the Notary in English and understand what the Notary is saying and they MUST  understand what they are signing.  We only speak and read English.  This is the WA State Law and all we can do is refer the client to seek out a Notary that speaks and reads their language within their community,

The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.

We accept US Cash currency, Debit and Credit, Square, Zelle, Venmo and CashApp. SORRY, NO PERSONAL CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS,

We currently do not have an office location.  We are 100% mobile for all services we offer. We come to your home/office or we will meet you in a public place.  

No.  We only provide Ink Fingerprinting Services for the FD-258 Fingerprint card.

We provided 2 in x 2 in color photos that come in sets of 2 that you can use for you work or school ID's and they meet US Gov't ID requirements for passports and visas.

Yes.  We are mobile and we will come to your work or home.  We have the equipment to set up for ID photos.  All we would need is an outlet to plug in the photo printer and overhead lighting.  We have the Ink Fingerprinting kit as well.  We can use the FD-258 Card you provide or we can provide one for you.

Yes.  We provide the convenient service so you don't have to miss work or school.

Yes.  We will come out to your company to do I-9 Verifications for your employees.

We will be offering Apostilles and Permit Running services in the near future.  We  can't give an exact date as of yet.  

No.  WA State Law prohibits Notaries from Notarizing Vital records.  A birth certificate is a vital record.  Only the authorized vital records department employee can notarize a vital record.
