Mobile Travel Fee
$1.60 per mile (equals to $.80 per mile round trip)
Mobile Travel Deposit required if over 20 miles.
For Groups of people (2 or more) we service, a one-time travel fee will be charged (EXCEPT for Jail/Prison visits).
The travel fee is in addition to the notarial act fees and other service fees and is not required by law.
Notarization Fee
$15.00 per notarial act plus mobile travel fee
Per single notarial act that needs to be notarized The Mobile Travel Fee will be added to this Service Fee.
Notary Witness Fee
$20.00 min. plus mobile travel fee if over 10 miles
The Mobile Travel Fee will be added to this Service Fee if over 20 miles.
ID Photo Fee
$15.00 per person, $10.00 for Digital per person plus mobile travel fee
The ID Photo Fee is for a set of two 2 in.x 2 in. color photos. The Mobile Travel Fee will be added to this Service Fee.
If the Photos are rejected by the Agency you send/give these photos to, a rejection letter from that Agency, in English, and the ID you used are required for a free re-do.
FD-258 Ink Fingerprinting Fee
$40.00 per person $20.00 per add'l card per person plus mobile travel fee
The Mobile Travel Fee will be added to this Service Fee.
If the Fingerprints are rejected by the Agency you send/give these fingerprints to, a rejection letter from that Agency, in English, and the ID you used are required for a free re-do.
I-9 Verification Fee (section II)
$40.00 per person plus mobile travel fee
The Mobile Travel Fee will be added to this Service Fee.
Field Inspection Fee
$20.00 ea site plus mobile travel fee
The Mobile Travel Fee will be added to this Service Fee.
Document Courier Service Fee
$ 25.00 min. for 1st envelope and $10.00 per additional envelope plus mobile travel fee.
Pickup and deliver documents to other businesses/persons, drop off prepaid envelopes to FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. A mobile travel fee will be added to this service fee.
Forms Assistance Fee
$ 80.00 up to 4 pages, $15.00 per additional page over 4 pages plus a mobile travel fee.
This is a Service we provide to assist English challenged individuals fill out non-Lawyer legal forms and help with some translation when filling out the forms.

Correctional Facilities
Jail/Prison Fees, Per single Notarial Act Fees, and Mobile Travel Fees shall be paid in advance before the Notary enters the Jail/Prison.
Jail Fee
$75.00 per inmate plus notarization fee per notarial act and mobile travel fee
Per single Notarial Act Fees, and Mobile Travel Fees will be added to this Service Fee. There are No Refunds.
Prison Fee
$100.00 per inmate plus notarization fee per notarial act and mobile travel fee
Per single Notarial Act Fees, and Mobile Travel Fees will be added to this Service Fee. There are No Refunds.
