The I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification is a service we provide for your employer as their representative. We must examine (verify) the documents (IDs) you provide, as evidence of identity and employment authorization, such as a US passport, driver's license, or State ID card, to determine whether they reasonably appear to be genuine and relate to you.  The employer (or authorized representatives) then records the document (ID) information on the employee’s Form I-9 in Section 2 on page 2. The 1-9 Employment Eligibility form is for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. The employees must attest to their employment authorization.

We offer this service on a one on one basis or in groups.  It is highly recommended that the employees who can't speak English bring an interpreter.

ID Photos is a service that provides high-quality, professional ID photo printing. We specialize in producing photos that meet the specific requirements of various official documents such as passports, visas, student and work ID cards, and for business cards. The ID photos come in sets of two and are 2 in. x 2 in. in size.

We provide FD-258 Ink Fingerprinting services.  We take your prints and securely seal them in a large envelope for you to deliver to the Agency requesting them.  We use an Inkless pad that produces crisp imprints and is non-toxic.  The ink will not stain your fingers.  Applicants Fingerprint Card Form Fd-258 is the official “flashcard” for  that use by law enforcement officials. Departments and agencies using  the cards include, state and local officials for purposes of licenses,  permits, and employment, and federal officials and federally chartered  or insured banking institutions to promote or maintain security of those  institutions.  

As a field inspector, we gather information and perform property value appraisals of residential and commercial properties and vehicles. As a field inspector, our job duties are to visually inspect a property, take photographs, collect data, and compile a report with a property value estimate based on our findings. Our responsibilities are also to evaluate property values or the cost of damages for our employer (insurance companies, mortgage lenders, or banks with a financial stake in a piece of property).

 As a Loan Signing Agent, we provide a vital service in the real estate industry by acting as a neutral third-party facilitator during the loan signing process. We certify any real estate transaction, such as new home loans, reverse mortgages, refinancing, Home Equity Line of Credit, closing contracts, and property transfers, etc.. We are very meticulous and thorough with the loan documents in that we ensure that the borrower and lender’s signatures, initials, dates, and the Notary seal and signatures are on all documents where required. We return the loan documents promptly. We have excellent communication skills. 

We offer this Service for Local Notaries that need a Witness for their signing appointment.   

As witnesses for a Notary’s signing, our primary role is to observe the signing of documents and verify the identity of the signers. The notary will require all signers and witnesses to provide valid identification, such as a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license. We, as witnesses, also verify the identity of the person who is signing the document by comparing their ID photo to their appearance. We must ensure that the person signing is the same as the person mentioned in the document and that they are doing so willingly and voluntarily. As witnesses, our signature serves as evidence that we were present and witnessed the signing. We are also expected to be a neutral party, without any personal or financial interest in the documents being signed.
